SCRATCHING is a mechanical processing technique that creates superficial scratches on a fabric. In addition to its decorative function, giving fabrics a “vintage” look, this technique can be used to modify the fabric’s properties, making it suitable for various processes.

This process allows for the creation of unique and personalized garments, giving character to denim garments.

In our department, our technicians perform this process following the lines of the garment without distorting it and strictly adhering to the customer’s instructions, to achieve a final product that meets the required standards.
